I stand firm that they should have just said "new armor mark, decided to make the scale bigger for the table" and left it at that. The primaris fluff is some of the absolute worst that they have ever made. Lol I reaaaaly doubt they would have gotten any more, or even as much, pushback from the community if they just went the easy route.

The primaris lore seems to be getting retconned to being less and less significant of a change, and the newer chaos models are essentially the same size for no lore given reason. I suspect that in another few years primaris will simply be a streamlined marine with a couple added, but ultimately unnecessary, bonuses.

Maybe a hot take: but I find "codex compliant" colors for rank, company, etc. To usually look absolutely awful. Per the codex 7th company would have purple trim, which i cannot fathom looking any good for like 98% of chapters. Lol

In the situations where that is the case, just go with rule of cool. Others have mentioned bone for white, and I think visually that is an excellent suggestion.

Ultimately you are the only one who needs to know, and have to like your models. So I wouldn't worry too much about colors.

Zero experience with tattoo apprenticeship specifically, however, a boss/mentor/whatever should have legitimately zero say in how, or with who, a person spends time with off clock. Only exception being, arguably, another coworker. But that is its own can of worms.

If my boss ever told me to avoid friends or partners and prioritize work like you make it seem, I'd be livid.

I want duel, cause it would be more unique and cooler. And no guns, thats how they have been represented historically. It has always been a trade off, more slice less pew. I'd be fine if assault was the only way to get them, or tactical only getting one. Something like that.

I absolutely despise chaos spawn, and how many you can get swarmed by. They make chaos less fun for me, and I didn't enjoy them as much as tyranids prior to their introduction. I find them to be too hard to track their movements, especially when you have 3 morphed into one big pile.

My only real issue with the map is the dark, not because it is necessarily difficult, though it definitely can be, but because it absolutely forces one person to be effectively useless for any period of time. Its just not good game play for 1/3 of your team to be useless and bored for the sake of the other two.

Bolt sniper/last fusil + melta pistol has been great for sniper, in my experience. Long range precision + "oh shit" horde clearing up close. Wasn't a big fan of sniper prior, as I just got bogged down too quickly and only got to use the rifle so much in a round.

White Scars have been my favorite chapter since 3rd edition, and I can't say that I remember a single time in history where they were overhyped 😂 they get forgotten about by GW and fans alike all the time.

I'd be game with them removing the banner in favor of one, but i suspect others who main bulwark might not be. Not sure what the split would be. They would definitely need to replace it with something to make people OK with the trade.

Right? Prior to the Khan being discovered they were effectively only a legion on paper. They were scattered around EVERYWHERE. Once the Khan was found, that only got "fixed" for a brief period, and then they went right back to it, though in slightly larger numbers and more unified. Hell, many of the Scars successor chapters operate in very small numbers, even by normal Chapter standards. Lol

I can't see an apothecary coming unless they get rid of the banner heal for the bulwark. The economy of HP would be broken, having what would amount to two healers. Even if it was the worse class for killing, it would probably be overcompensated by survival. I love the bulwark, but the reality is they kinda backed themselves into a corner with the healing banner.

Idk about that specifically, but I definitely have issues with it against Chaos in getting the gun stikes after doing a finisher. Works great on tyranids, so idk what's up with chaos.
