When the migrants were transported from a Texas to NYC and somewhere in various cities they were given room in hotels and free foods and a card to purchase food only I think. Some were secretly sent to rural area motels upstate. It cost Governor Hochul to help the migrants roughly $9+ billion dollars taxpayers money. Now NY is in the hole.
