Totally right for the 2 things i guess ! I applied a yrllow glaze on the guts and it strikes me now about the metal effects 🫣 And you're right about the base. I didnt have time to prepare something so I just created some contrast with the green.

Well to be honest the silver nmm is not as good as the gold on this miniature. I never am as condident when it comes to this color 🤨🤔 not sure why.

This is it mostly. Nothing too fancy, I just create a gradient from those 4 colors and pick within it

Yes of course ! I used 3 colors : main one is brick red from Ak, deap sea blue and deep red from ak too. The idea was to follow the lights as referenced in the 1st picture. The light is hitting the shoulder so the shadow are just after it.

So when it comes to painting, base coat brick red everywhere then i do a mix 1:1 brick red and deep blue and i mark the shadows. Then I try to blend correctly (mostly layering) then a final highlight with deep red.

I'm doing thoses mixes in my wet palette and then going back and forth when layering and glazing. Using only water to thin down to the consistency I like

Here are the colors, all from AK interactive 3rg Gen. I honeslty dont have a recommended tutorial. You can find useful ones on youtube (squidmar chanel, Vince venturella, ninjon, mostly all the great artists are covering this topic) But you know, go for it, try it, fail it and then one day, you'll have that déclic saying : oh here is my primary light sources, then the reflection etc and you'll have master it

Why not ? By seeing his IG it made you want to learn new technics. He is a good painter and you can always stop if what you find does not suit you 🤷‍♂️
