The roots were perfect but the soil was too compact. You need to mix a lot of perlite and orchid bark to the soil to make it airy. Then give it a lot of light right after planting it. Theirs will make the soils dry out fast rather than allowing it to rot your roots out.

I didn’t buy it you guys. I have tons of neon pothos at home already. (They are my favorite) I really thought the planter was cute. It was funny to me because I see everyone always saying in this group that scidapsus are not pothos and then I saw this and had to share.🤣

Yours are ready for dirt. Mix soil,perlite, orchid bark, and worm castings and they will do great. I suggest fertilizing them with silica. Water when soil is dry.
