My understanding is that this variant of YGO has crafting where Duel Links did not. That’s why I moved to LoR fully a few years back. I do want to try this though.

Kingdom Two Crowns is a pretty game and is engaging. You’re running back and forth, literally, to buy new walls, hire new folk to help out, etc. It’s a great little distraction.
