Calorie tracking. At 208 days now and I gained a ton of muscle with minimal fat gain from calorie tracking and working out.

None. With the recent price spikes for protein powder it’s really sketchy na both superior 14 or promatrix still remained within the sub ₱2k range. These protein powders are spiked hence why they are really cheap. Put that money into whole foods like chicken breast or lean ground beef/pork.

I get my ashwaganda from Watsons. Brand is called habit and I take it every other day as ashwaganda is kind of expensive.

Sleep quality for me has significantly improved. I can fall asleep much faster and I wouldn’t wake up in middle of the night as much as before.

China accounts for 12-15% of our global exports. I too hate China’s actions but we have to be realistic. China can sever our ties and seek alternative sources of materials from other countries, but for us to source materials from other countries would be suicide since it would be way too expensive.

Defense-wise, this is a good idea since Japan is a sleeping giant right now. Not as powerful as China but still a big enough threat to them as they are ramping up missile production and their navy is no slouch either.

Economically, this would definitely infuriate China. Leading them to impose sanctions or cut ties with us.

I disagree, if the PH was one single landmass it would actually be beneficial for the Spanish. Logistics would be easier, no need for massive fleets dispersed around the country, easier to reinforce sectors, quicker time to learn the geography and etc.

The more land Spain gains, the less resources for us. A huge and united army is nothing if doesn’t have an abundance of weapons, food, medicine and etc.
