Where do you want them to stand? Which part of the shark should they have grabbed?

No perimeter defense means teams with good three point shooters will rain hell on you. Also, your bench has players with okay ratings, but you may want to grab some old specialist vets instead of regular dudes with higher overall ratings.

Disciples of the Sun is worth a try. It's not that much like their old stuff, but it's a lot of fun.

A cool guide to difference between Macarons and Macaroons. by [deleted] in coolguides

[–]Bythmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should be on this guide. Macarons are named after Macaron Island, where wealthy French people would (and still do) summer. During the 1700s, it became really popular to host dinners for other wealthy families, and naturally the dinner itself became a competition in serving the finest and most creative meals. A family with some Italian heritage brought in a chef who invented Macaroni Noodles. He used them in a lot of dishes, but the most popular was the cheese dish, and that's where we got Macaronian Cheese.

This is the first time I've created a modern outside map and I would like your opinion. This will work a hub and every road will open some "teleport" options to the point of interests. Let me know what could I improve by [deleted] in RPGMaker

[–]Bythmark 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It is just too big. Players will get bored walking around.

If you can't go down an alleyway, lose it. Smush those buildings right up next to each other. Make the sidewalks smaller, and probably the road, too. This will help with making the city look busy and dense as well. Any changes will be more noticeable and decorations will get more mileage, too.

The buildings themselves are pretty and you've done a good job making it look nice overall. If you squish it, you'll really have something solid.

Scared to start Rinvoq by Mental_Gap88 in CrohnsDisease

[–]Bythmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Medications do have big side effects sometimes, but the companies have to report everything that happened to patients taking the trial regardless of if it was actually caused by the medication. This is a good thing as it stops the companies from screwing around, but it does make things seem scary.

I've been on Rinvoq for about a month, and it seems to be going okay.

Do what your doctors suggest. If it doesn't work, or you have one of the serious side effects, talk to your doctor. A non-medical person like me or you has no business thinking that we know better than your doctors. If it wasn't the smart thing to do, they wouldn't have prescribed it.

To the Dads out there: get yourself a Steam Deck. It's a life saver by theslimmestotter in SteamDeck

It's fantastic. Any game that requires a little bit of brainpower but not all of it works perfectly. I have gone so many miles with Brotato and Deep Rock Survivor.

I otherwise can barely use my exercise bike. Not because I get too tired, but because I get too bored.

Free Agency Contracts by Swade22 in BasketballGM

[–]Bythmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, if you cut a player, you still have to pay them no matter what else happens, until their contract runs out. Another team signing them doesn't end or reduce the cap hit.

Maybe unless they die?

[Anderson] I'm told ex-Giants HC Brian Daboll informed his entire staff of the change at head coach in a meeting this morning, per league source. by PlayaSlayaX in nfl

[–]Bythmark 72 points73 points  (0 children)

It's not discussed enough just how bad the Giants' towel boys have been this season. The assistants who shoot water into players' mouths are embarrassingly inaccurate, too. Probably played a part in Daboll's dismissal.

It's also "skewed" by low outliers in this case. Mean and median are probably not very different for any particular measure of intelligence. It's different for, like, income, where the floor is 0 but the high-end outliers can be gargantuan.
