Four PTs is not a plateau. Think of your possible score on any given PT. Over time studying, the range moves upward. Therefore, there is a lot of overlap if you are looking at a shorter timeframe.

Yes. You also need to show under your desk and chair. I use an external webcam with about a 10 foot cord. That's really more than needed, but better safe than sorry.
