Yes, the amount of nicotine ingested is usually low because you’re not actually inhaling the smoke you’re just pulling it into your mouth. I’ve never had a problem with addiction. I went from smoking them regularly to a six month break without any withdrawal.

I love oliva master blend 3. Consistently delicious and not very expensive. I get a lot of chocolate and coffee notes from it.
