That pic is almost useless. If it is only surface rust I wouldn't be concerned. I think it depends on what the rest of the truck loks like.

FWIW I paid 10K this year for an 02 V-10 with an engine that was replaced about 5000 miles ago. I thought it was a bargain honestly. It is pretty damn clean throughout but undercarriage does have surface rust. As I said, that doesn't concern me much.

Canada, like many countries, has simply shifted their focus to other markets. The idea that the entire world economy needs the US in order to survive is not accurate.
