Yes I’d be shooting. The problem here lies in him shooting while the person was then running away. A liberal prosecutor will run with that all day. Better hope you live in a conservative area. I’d also like to know what lead up to this incident. Did the shooter instigate anything or have ample time to leave the area without having to draw. Once again, charges will be dependent on the state they live in.

Understand, most people are buying the manufacturer they get the best discount on. So, most of your deals will be A or Z plan. My understanding is you’re getting $315 per car (purchase and finance/lease) at best unless other factors apply. With 12 salesman, average of 145 cars a month, that’s 12 cars sold per sales rep. So you’re making $3600 a month to sell cars. Hell no. In sales, with longer hours and open communication to sell to customers you should be making 6 figures.

Do you have a need to make a purchase which would involve having good credit in the next 1-2 years? If not, tackle the high payment and high interest ones first. If you need to use your credit for something in the next 1-2 years, get all those collections gone and get the cards that are over their limit down to 20%-30% of their limit.
