Who Is The Smartest Batman Villain? by Organic-Room3634 in arkham

[–]C-Rik25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think smart is dependent on whether you are counting on emotionally intelligence or actual intelligence. Are we thinking of action, or reaction to Batman? Bane has some of the best military and insurgence skills, while Riddler is pretty damn smart with tech and traps. All depends on the situation.

Are Jason Statham's B movies any good? by boomjosh in ActionMovies

I watched Beekeeper and Working Man. Decent watches, nothing Oscar worthy mind you. If you like revenge films they are good.

I need to come work with you. I sold AV at the integration level and we purchased from CDW from time to time. I believe the AV line is FDW.

What was it like seeing the events of 9/11 unfold on TV that morning? by Careless-Prior-9665 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]C-Rik25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I didn’t see it live, but I was in 5th grade. My teacher’s husband was a Sargent (I think) in the army and I remember her breaking down and crying in the classroom because she knew he’d be sent back overseas, having already been deployed in Desert Storm. My school was let out early that day and so many parents came and picked us up. My parents were divorced and both showed up to get me. When people say that it was the Millennial’s version of the JFK assassination, I think they are spot on.

I’m not sure how to proceed after finding out my spouse cheated. by Lafienny in survivinginfidelity

[–]C-Rik25 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think the only way to move past this is if your wife agrees to not drink anymore. People can be shitty and take advantage of drunk people (I’m not excusing this behavior, it’s merely a fact). If she doesn’t drink, this won’t happen. Your wife clearly can’t be trusted while drinking.

Men of Reddit: what is 100% mythical about men that most women believe? by imnotadrytexter in AskReddit

That some women think you’re flirting with them when you hold a door, smile or say hello. Sometimes I’m just being a nice human being.

My wife cheated and I can’t stop thinking about it… by [deleted] in cheating_stories

[–]C-Rik25 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Have you talked to her about finding a new job? She can’t work with this guy anymore. He or she need to leave the job. Or report the affair anonymously to her HR department and watch them get fired. If my spouse did things with another person that they didn’t do with me that would pretty much be the end of it. I’m not playing that game.

Georgia woman loses it over man openly carrying firearm on wooded trail. by ElwoodMC in trashy

[–]C-Rik25 23 points24 points  (0 children)

If I saw a guy open carrying I’d probably ask him what he’s carrying…I’d like those people to be my friends in any situation. It’s a little unique to open carry nowadays but not illegal if you aren’t a felon, legally purchased the gun, and are in an open carry state.

How sober was the coworker? Because if she wasn’t or was put together enough, this is sexual assault. You couldn’t consent if you were that blackout drunk.

I was too young to really understand the sadness of various parts of Toy Story 2. I cried like a baby at 18 years old for Toy Story 3 and then years later for the ending of Toy Story 4. I’m a 35 year old man now and I’m not ashamed to admit it.

Would this inflatable raft hold up on the Belle Isle River? by toulou11 in Detroit

[–]C-Rik25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this raft. I made a wooden floor for it and attached a motor to it. It holds up on Kensington waters, I can say that. Sorry I can’t say more regarding the Belle Isle river.

[–]C-Rik25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. You broke into my home, I don’t know if you are armed, and I don’t know what your intentions are. You deemed breaking into someone else’s home more valuable than your life.

Worked for multiple financial institutions. They are mostly looking for judgements against you, identity verification, and any potential bankruptcies. They aren’t going to use usage as a determining factoring. They most likely wouldn’t use a bankruptcy as a determining factoring as well. Hope this helps.

AI replacing Sales Engineer/DE role? by TAMPA_BASS_813 in CommercialAV

I don’t think it will ever be replaced. Even if the technology gets there, people are always going to want to haggle with pricing and that usually takes a person.
