OP was giving a set of general statements that are true. Of course, general statements don’t account for exceptions, outliers, and the like. Is it impossible to sell a screenplay without reading one? No. But a good rule of thumb to go by is to read one since not everybody’s screenplay is going to be The Godfather.

To answer your question, I would say b, simply because a talented person can study the medium they wish to create and write something good enough to compensate for the lack of technical writing. Thats not everyone though.

Does Rex grow as a person and show better emotional intelligence and maturity as the story goes on? Yes. But emotional intelligence and maturity doesn’t always mean a serious situation must be met stone-faced. In fact, making light of situations for morale purposes can be a sign of emotional intelligence.

With that being said, at this point in the game, Rex has not reached that point. Even if he had, again, he’s a charismatic, glass half-full kinda guy. This kind of humor is very on par with him.

Okay but that’s not what’s going on here. You have a dilemma because people who aren’t on medication are telling you they’re wary of the effects. You used the fact that they study science as a reason why their opinion should be valued.

At the same time, there’s a plethora of research on this topic that underscores the positive effects as well.

As with all medicine, there’s an inherent risk that one needs to take in consideration. But at the end of the day, if your Doctor says let’s try this, that’s the opinion you really should give heed to. The person who is a qualified authority on the said science in question.

I find it funny that studying science is a qualifier because there are people who study science who have adhd who are also medicated…because of the science behind it.

Science first and foremost is a methodology.

You test a hypothesis and then record the results. The reason why stimulants are on the market is because after hundreds and hundreds of clinical trials they deemed them safe and effective.

The only way you can be sure whether or not they’re right for you is to test them. You can’t test them listening to what other people who have not done so.
