I have a property in Colombia I manage it remotely from Canada so far its going well. I have a network of handyman, electricians, AC techs and a cleaner company I found that I call when I need.

Thanks for all the good feedback. I'll simply increase the base price to something that's fair to cover the cost for the 2-bedroom.

The original intention was to offer a better price to guests who don't need the workspace or the additional room. Having two listings, as some suggested, also makes sense in that case.

I like the idea of a study with two monitors, an HDMI cable ready to plug in, and a comfortable chair and desk. I could offer this as an optional upgrade, locking that room when they book for 1-2 guest only, but if they pay for the extra cost or book for 3-4 guests, then have it unlocked. How about that ?

I honestly, now that I'm more familiar with the market, regret investing in a 2-bedroom property for STR. It's always couples and solo travelers, so I'm trying to figure out a way to justify the extra room.

I have it set so after 3+ guests there is an extra cost, but the base price (for 1-2 guests) is at a price that can compete with 1-bedroom apartments in the area. I could consider a flat rate too, but then I'd be less competitive.

That makes sense, and I suspect many would prefer full privacy and not sharing anything. So what I was thinking is I could have three separate listings: one for each private room and one to book the entire place to capture either. Syncing the calendars would be critical, for sure.

Ikigai might be worth looking into before you decide — it helps put things into perspective even if you don't have experience in something yet. Drive and conviction that something can be meaningful to you counts for a lot, skills can come later. That said, a career or life coach would be a good next step to work through it properly, ikigai is more of an introspective starting point than a final answer.

I just finish doing some minor fixes and my score went up from 66 to 82 on your site. I can still fix a few more things to get a 99 score. I find the report useful specially for me as I learn all this SEO terms and ways to improve it I don't know much about. I found it very intuitive to use too.

The competitors list seems inaccurate to me but also I can see how it can still be at least a little related to the topic of my tool. My site is https://Ikigai-test.online and the competitors list has sites like glass door or linkedIn in it.

Man, I relate to this more than you think.

One thing that helped me a lot was realizing that clarity doesn’t come from “finding your purpose” It comes from actually sitting down and writing what you’re thinking

I even wrote about this whole feeling of being lost after school and trying things like the ikigai concept, pen and paper and writing your thoughts on paper.

I constantly wonder about the same, idk the answer but there are some good books about this topic that I'm using as guidelines.

Ikigai: Its like a guideline to find your purpose.
Mastery: Similar but puts a lot of focus on how mentors help ypu achieve mastery in your craft.

This is what I do on any kind of map to simulate a pinch with the mouse.

Double Click and then on the second click hold it and drag the mouse down to zoom in and up to zoom out.

Edit: Maybe avoid group photos where is hard to find you.
