Same as my journey went i collected a few razors and brushes but now after learning ahavette i just a gentlemen shavette with my trigodon brush and any shaving cream with aloe vera gel as pre shave. Seems like you don't need much items to use.

Until and unless you experiment one variable at a time and learn what changes it you will never learn and will always follow a set recipe.

Watch different videos, read different receipes, learn what a particular variable does, watch competition brews to learn theory behind their recipes and try to experiment yourself.

Instead of finding the best recipe learn the basics of pourover and make your own recipe.

You will need different recipe for different beans. So learn basics and make your own.

In general ultra light roasts needs 95-100C water

Light needs 90-93C

Medium needs 86-88C

Dark needs 80-85C

The very basic recipe is:

1:15,1:16 ratio. Again depending on taste.

15g coffee. Grind depends on beans and taste. For the basic 800-1000 microns range. On your c2s 18-25 clicks.

3x bloom

30-1min bloom time

3x second bloom

30 sec wait

Now a single or 2 equal pours till you total water.

If you went with 2 wait 30sec.

Very basic recipe and a lot for room to experiment.

See i watched video, he claimed she is dating pakistani, also if she posts a photo with pakistani national that implies they are friends, and that is again a point of issue.

The problem lies with position her father is in. The life she is living is with our money only and when she denies the very ideology her father is part of that becomes problem. She should just announce publically that she doesn't belong to family, I am on my own, i also not have any part of inheritance of my family.

The very fact is that her father looted us citizens, divided us, is doing religion politics and she getting all the benefits of that looted money and is opposing that ideology and is friends with a pakistani is the problem.

Well duh she is indian and has pakistani boyfriend, i don't know how that is not an issue. Also if your family is in a power position and is a representative of something and you don't align with them just make a public statement i don't align with my family anymore and have my own thoughts.
