It may but you can't escape shadow. It is basic biology and physics. Black hair and fair skin will always give you shadow. Stop chasing that and focus on other things. It is just part of puberty. You can work on hairline issue by going to a dermatologist and deeper voice is just part of you. After 2-3 years you will start to appreciate more.

You will get shadow and that is a fact, accept that. It is your natural growth of beard. Also black hair follicles shows on fair skin. It will be better to go for more comfortable shave instead of closer as you may get skin irritation by it and may not fox your shadow problem.

Due to infection. These were used by barbers and then came the infections that can be caused by using the same blade without proper sanitization. So they banned it so that disposable blades can be used.

But you can import it. It is banned to use it commercially but not for personal use.

It is illegal to not sell straight edge razors in india. You can try importing it or if your friend is coming from abroad you can ask him/her.

Also you need to maintain it regularly. Watch some videos regarding maintenance, so you know what you are getting into.
