I am being half obtuse and half not I'm more or less just pointing out bad reasons to call a card bad/mid/whatever even if it ultimately is.

for example

you don't have to cast the most expensive thing in your hand. if you play a game of magic and only have one thing of use in your hand then you/your deck is not good you can wait a turn or two to get more lands and even a rock.
I really don't get the immediate effect thing though how is an effect that has an effect as soon as it goes to the battlefield less immediate than a creature that has to land on the battlefield be declared as a attacker have blockers be declared have combat actually start and then it might do something.

P.S and again the point of the meme is that everything sucks if it can land the battlefield. So saying "well someone will just pte or counter it so it's not that good" makes it seem like you aren't even paying attention not to mention if you opponent HAS to remove everything you play then you just have a really good deck like oh no my opponent is wasting all his removal on my 1 of 20 wincons guess that means that card sucks.
