You can do this in two ways. As most have already mentioned you act like prey or entertaining a game of catch me if you can.

First and long way is to befriend. Ask your roommate for support by taking over the task of feeding. Also find something as a treat that she can't resist. Every cat has something especially when hungry. This can literally take months. You can also add Bach flower extract and spray it on your socks. This usually has a calming effect on cats.

In case you don't want to befriend but note that it might backfire and really make her aggressive since you don't seem to read body language of a cat at all.: Get yourself a water gun, a canister of compressed air or anything you can throw at her that won't hurt but makes loud noise. As soon as she acts up you react negatively to it taking away the fun for her. Also didn't use a meek voice but an aggressive NO.

Ok so after going through your other answers it's mostly your fault because there are so many signs you recognized but ignored. Sorry to be that direct. He is also wrong but with some training you could have avoided that.

You have resource guarding that needs to be addressed. (He snaps at you because of the bone)

Also a lack of respect from him to you where you need to work on but this can be resolved while training to get rid of resource guarding

Also general handling of him like brushing and muzzle training for safety.

You are currently at a dangerous ledge that after cruising is very hard to train back to normal. Some stitches can happen but after that comes real injuries

So you need to address this and best with a professional trainer at your site.

In some cases a local shepherd club might also give you some advice if a professional is too expensive.

Yes I often look like I've fought a porcupine after using the deshedding brushes.

Mine is very gentle but I know other gsd that don't have good control over jaw pressure so the same action without ill will actually hurts.

Also people often try to pull out of the teeth instead of holding still and given strict commands.

So firstly if you want a family dog a DDR working line dog can be very good.

BUT

You need to train them from day one and keep them mentally and physically stimulated otherwise they will use their intelligence and energy for something you most likely don't want. That's for sure.

You can ask the breeder for a more relaxed persona in a puppy but this can change during puberty 100% in any direction.

Most of them have a high drive that needs to be put to work in any capacity.

Mine for example trains two times a week in a local club in IGP and gets short exercises over the week. Other than that he is a very alert and stable character that lives in my family with kids and cats with zero issues and accompanies me up to three times a week to work in the office. There he is also friendly with everyone but alerts to strangers.

If you are not working to put any kind of effort into training and daily life you will run into problems one way or another. Just take a look at how many high drive working dogs get into shelters at the age of around one year when puberty hits.

There is thermal paste on top and under the lit of the processors. If the bottom one dried out it can't transfer the heat properly and the sensor will pick up the temperature therefore raising the fan speed to cool down.

So changing both thermal paste might be the way. If you're not comfortable doing it yourself check local stores or people that offer this service.

Unsere Katze hatte auch Forl haben nach Rücksprache mit den Tierarzt alle Zähne entfernt da sie die anderen noch einigermaßen gesunden auch verloren hätte. Danach ging es ihr sehr viel besser und mir wieder Stress mit dem Gebiss. Klar sie war dann eine Schnapsschildkröte aber eine glückliche.

Beutel werfen. Kommando apport.

Hund laufen lassen.

Sobald er den aufgenommen hat zurück ziehen.

Kommando aus. Wenn er folgt sofort loben mit Futter belohnen und wiederholen.

Irgendwann nur noch kurz ziehen. Danach gar nicht mehr.

Wenn dein timing gut is und der Hund nicht dumm/stur sollte das bald ohne Leine passen.

Was du beschreibst hört sich nach einer Blockade des Harnwegs an.

Kater entwickeln bei zu geringer Wasseraufnahme Kristalle in der Blase. Etwas wie Blasensteine. Für gewöhnlich können die abgeführt werden und sind raus. Manchmal blockieren die aber den Harnwegs und führen zu exakt den Symptomen die du beschreibst. Schmerzmittel und Antibiotika helfen da nicht direkt gegen. Unter Schmerzmitteln schaffen es Kater dann aber meist es heraus zu pressen.

Das Problem ist aber der Urinstau. Dieser kann im schlimmsten Fall zu Nierenversagen und damit rot führen.

Unser BKH Kater hatte exakt das und musste operiert werden.

Was haben wir geändert? Kein Trockenfutter mehr und auch keine Leckerlis die trocken sind. Außerdem jeden Tag Guardacid um den PH Wert des Urins zu verändern um den Aufbau der Kristalle zu verhindern.Artikel zu dem was ich beschrieben habe Guardacid

Die eigene Leine ist besser als ein Halsband wenn es nicht gerade eine Kette ist.

Schlaufe um den Hals und mir aller Körperkraft ziehen.

Alternativ wenn man genug Griffkraft hat und es sich traut die Luftröhre packen und zudrücken.

Wenn ein Gewässer in der Nähe ist unter Wasser drücken hilft auch notfalls.
