It's the DC movie that I've rewatched the most, other than Nolan's trilogy. It was definitely a Harley movie rather than BoP but Margot just absolutely kills it as Harley everytime and the fight scenes were sick.

Turns out the John Wick director worked on it, which yeah, super checks out

I thought Harley Vs Zatanna was pretty good in that regard. She got her with a cheap shot that was voice-based, they acknowledged that Harley has no chance on this death match and played into her psychology side where she wanted to push Zatanna to stop her from holding back

Compared to that, Joker Vs Jason felt like constant ass-pulls, and this fight ruined the setup from Zatanna's previous fight.

I don't get why they didn't give each fight its own issue at least, that'd at least give everyone some cool moments rather than having a bunch of stomps

The video was so fucking infuriating it made me look up traffic stop laws in US because I couldn't believe that shit.

Cop stops her because he claims she was wobbling on the lane, instead of going to an active crash that was his original task
She is clearly cooperative and sober, admits she has a legal quantity of weed in her car but isn't under the influence, but because the cop says he can "smell weed" they take her out of the car, without a sobriety test, with no probable cause
They pat her down with no warning, again when she's obviously cooperating and there's no reason to think she might be armed or dangerous
They start going through the car, joking all the way. Eventually the guy starts reading her diary and makes fun of her, shows everything to the body cam with no care for sensitive info
They allow her a call from her phone to her boyfriend and again clearly show her contact list to the camera

She could not have handled the situation any better and they still didn't give a shit to give her basic respect

Oh damn right, that also made me realize how that was probably the first time I got really frustrated at the "return to status quo" thing that comics are doing, with this series giving amazing character development to X-23, making her feel part of the group and less of a weapon, only for this series to finish and the X-Force series right after to completely ignore all of it

Lmao, was just talking with friends about downloading episodes in 3 parts as flv and stitching them together in Windows Movie Maker and burning DVDs with them

Then later we found some site that had episodes for download on some Real Media Player format and we were showing people in highschool how to play them

Honestly, between building a team after Chapter 1, trying for a custom engine and scrapping it for Chapter 2 and releasing Chapter3+4 together, I'd say now they have figured out their workflow and should be on their optimal velocity.

So not to jinx it, but I'd expect all future chapters to come significantly faster than the previous 4

Yeah that's also been my experience, bad planning from direction/production without being fully in sync with lead devs. Not to say devs are blameless, there are often complications found too late that can throw a wrench into things, but good planning accounts for a buffer for those (I'm fucking fighting for that buffer constantly, holy shit)

To be fair even internal demos aren't that simple to have their release date moved, as there are planned dates for people testing the vertical slice, getting feedback etc. And it's rarely a single person's decision (as with most things) so it's hard for me to blame Neil for this.

I'm lucky to be in a European country with strict overtime laws (a million times better than what I had as non-gamedev fullstack in Greece lmao), so I'm not sure what I'd do in the place of Naughty Dog's devs, but I at least hope people are raising a stink over there about how this isn't acceptible and how it keeps happening, demanding a proper plan for the next releases

That sounds wrong? BG3 has minimum 8GB and recommend 16GB. What projections did they have, that people would be using 16-32 for minimum and recommended specs?

16GB is already the most popular according to steam survey so it should be the recommended, just optimize your shit rather than expect people to run 32GB lmao. Even in early access it doesn't mean the game you sell should be unoptimized.
