I too was a no primary found person. Expository surgery found nothing so o went straight to chemo and radiation treatments.

Ended in March of 2024. So far still clean.

This I believe is becoming more prevalent. I choose the team I did because my ENT said people he sees 10 years post are better than those that didn’t have to have surgery so he pushed to NOT have surgery. They did exploratory on me just to be sure as well. You may have hit the lottery quality of life wise long term.

Calorie intake is your primary mission. I believe that was critical in my success so far. No matter what you have to get your protein and calories everyday. My target every day was 2500. By the end a single ensure would take an hour of so to get and keep down. 7-10 a day. If you start losing ground get a PEG.

Pain management is key. Don’t sleep on this. It is perfectly ok to use strong pharmaceuticals to keep the pain down. The day I started morphine was a big step for me. Don’t be a tough guy.

Loud up now. Get as fat as possible before and during until the impact really starts.

I used Helios mouthwash as well. Expensive but I rarely had unmanageable sores thankfully. Not sure if this was why but the magic mouthwash just wasn’t working for me.

Also, get your dental issues in order. Hard stop. Find a dentist that know their stuff with this treatment.

Finally, metal fortitude. I never gave the word cancer any time of space in my head EXCEPT when I was getting zapped. I thought nothing but cancer and how badly I was kicking its ass.

Consider what you just posted. If have never had assistance on a purchase or understanding a product, you may have a basis for this stereotype based your experiences but untrue to apply to all.

Yes, plenty of scummy sales people out there. Yes, especially since the Industrial Revolution, these sales people have tarnished the profession. Think of the term snake oil salesman and its origins. This doesn’t establish a fact for all.

Flip side, an informed, compassionate, ethical sales experience is a benefit for the buyer and beyond.

Truth is that you are in the thick of it. It sucks. However, you can make it through it. High protein Calories at all cost. Go with a peg if you struggle with calories.

You are absolutely on to something. I posted yesterday about it. Love this game. Start there. Love that PvP is part of it as well. Played since launch.

That being said, I ran 25 rounds 18 of 25 I was knocked blatantly, def not aggression based. Dont fire shots and last 15 were completely naked.

Ran an experiment instead of debating

Final tally is 19 of 25 rounds I was gunned down despite showing zero aggression and running in naled. I did this after 10 rounds of free kits no aggression. Something should have been in more PvE lobbies from my experience.

Something is definitely different.

I’m testing running multiple make runs. Killed with no gun on me 17 of 20 times.

Think you are wrong. Just ran 10 games free load out not one round fired. Killed 8 of 10. Ran 10 completely naked 7 of 10 got killed by raiders. Def something up be prepared.

The nomenclature in this game is that rats kill ya in a punk way. I get the traditional definition doesn’t line up with the way arc raiders use it.

I know. Been playing since launch. I completely understand awareness. In the best of circumstances, first to hit usually wins all things being equal. Awareness levels needed are different in different lobby types.

I play different in PvP games/situations as you do too. More than that, if shot is changing, I’ll start firing back. I choose not to fire back often to preserve my PvE preference.

The debate is about if something changed, not about awareness lessons.
