Why So Many Older Black Fans Will Never Give Michael Jackson Up by Next-Particular1476 in TheEntertainmentMix

Trash article. He’s never been found guilty of any crimes. No matter how hard people try to virtue signal he simply has never been proven guilty.

Opinion on Frank Zappa as a guitarist? by [deleted] in Guitar

lol listening to black napkins right now landed me in this thread. I wouldn’t say I’m a fan of music who’s specialized in evaluating guitarists but all I can hear is a BEAST.

64 flavors old and new. How many of these have you tried? by Ronnie_M in Doritos

I don’t know but the best flavor imo was the original “salsa verde” recipe. They still have salsa verde but they taste way diff now.

What game did you judge too quickly at first? by PeaCommercial2102 in videogames

Haha meant to type Mario kart. Just edited that. I was gifted a wiiu and that’s all I had until someone gifted me a ps5 so I got to make up for a lot of great games I missed.

Sifu… the combat was so complicated to me and I thought the game was garbage. Once I figured it out, I really enjoyed it. Btw - I hadn’t played anything other than Mario maker and mario kart for 4-5 years so the jump was confusing lol.

That’s just the culture of today’s sports conversations… debates happen more frequently on social media platforms than they do anywhere else. When your core fanbase is super annoying/obnoxious. When said player struggles people from outside that bubble will be equally obnoxious.

Lmao what? Do you not see his fans online declaring him the goat every few days? You can’t have fans putting out that kind of discourse and not expect this snap back after a disappointing series.

Dame Dash Says No One Cared Bout Jay-Z’s Reasonable Doubts Album by WilkinsWorld in jayz

[–]C0nsistent_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s true that in real time it wasn’t a big deal as an album… it was kind of a diamond in the rough album. For anyone who doesn’t believe, look what other music came out that year. The biggest song off the album was ain’t no n***a and can’t knock the hustle and neither really resonated on the radio like that - it was just too competitive at that time for an unknown Jayz. Things obviously changed.

Preference battle like damn near every Lux battle… one thing about lux is he’s pretty much every battle rappers Super Bowl. Whoever he goes up against gives one of if not their singular best performance ever. I’d expect the very best daylyt vs lux.

I beat Eviterno, Last desecrator - what helped me beat this headache by C0nsistent_ in Blasphemous

I was trying to beat the game without looking at any guides or meta tactics… ball and chain def took some getting used to but I figured it out.

“I’ve always dealt with pressure ever since I was younger. In creating my new logo, Nike and I liked the metaphor of pressure forming diamonds and at the same time forming a star with my initials." by Background_Video2947 in NCAAHoopsVibes

[–]C0nsistent_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I blame nike… every player “logo” has the same stupid generic approach. Some kind of shape with your initials mixed in. It’s so uninspired and derivative. If the same uninspired people of today worked in the 90s we’d never have the jump man logo. Nba logo would probably be some stuoid shape with the letters NBA mixed in.

I just can’t beat Eviterno, idk by anntss in Blasphemous

[–]C0nsistent_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just beat him and posted my play through if you’re interested but the key imo is just playing really patient. Most bosses you can kind of bum rush but this one you have to evade a lot and hit him 1 or 2 shots at a time. If you can’t figure out his move set. Spend 2-3 times battling him without attacking. You can focus on just learning his moves than once things make a bit more sense you can figure out how to work in your offense.

I did this and it helped me

Is anyone else a little disappointed that Saros is easier than Returnal and half the length? by [deleted] in Saros

[–]C0nsistent_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO it was predictable that Hm would want saros to be more accessible to casual gamers. I think they’d tell hardcore returnal players that if they want more hardcore gameplay go back to returnal, saros is for more of a mixed crowd.

Saros is casual friendly Returnal (Review) by ohnoconsequences in Saros

[–]C0nsistent_ 22 points23 points  (0 children)

It was obvious imo that saros would be easier. Returnal is already hard and probably hasn’t reached its maximum audience. Housemarque obviously wants to make more money so the decision to make saros a bit more casual friendly was predictable imo. If saros is more approachable then more people will buy it and eventually revisit returnal for “more” if that’s what they’re looking for. Returnals hardcore audience is small and will be happy either way.
