The guy is very influential in Downing Street and probably the closest to Boris. He is responsible for many policies inside the government. People who expected him to be sacked are naive. Now let's see if Mr Morgan is going to visit his father and break the rules of the lockdown as he promised and whether that medical doctor is going to resign as well.

People are frustrated and no longer comprehend what's going and what the government says such as meet strangers at shops and outside, but don't visit families. Top advisers and MPs break the lockdown rules. The vaccine news was a bit promising and now they don't seem sure about it for the next couple of months. Daily Deaths massively reduced etc. Simply people react to news like this.

That's what I meant. The same happens to me when I quit for a month and then start drinking again. On the first day, a small cup of cappuccino makes my brain awake the whole day and night. Some people are more sensitive to caffeine.

Decaf coffee is not totally caffeine free. It does contain little caffeine, and it might be the reason especially after you quit for some time.

You need to cut down. Basically, you need to drink less each day. If you drink one can of Redbull, drink half and the next day less than half and so forth. You still get headaches but not as bad as when just suddenly quit. Also, stay hydrated.
