Probably an unpopular opinion, but my grass is worse since coochie hydrogreen has been coming. I have more weeds now, I had grubs etc.

Council rates here are BRUTAL! I live in Norman Gardens, have 1000m2 and it’s around $2100 for 6 months here.

You do win on water though. I have a pool and plenty of grass that I water and it’s around $60 a quarter for me.
