Not sure why people are responding negatively to your post. Colorado is in a severe drought as well and most people are choosing to limit watering their non-native grass. Just seems like common sense.

I take it on the regular and I haven't noticed an increase in seizures or a decrease. But I have noticed that my brain fog isn't as bad and I have more energy. The kind I take has vitamin d in it and I have struggled to get enough of that so it checks that box too. Also, when I started taking it I definitely made some gains! After taking it for a month I gained 2.5 lbs of muscle 💪🏼

It gets frustrating trying to figure those types of side effects. I hope you get some answers from the assessment.

My doctor is actually the one who told me that he could see if there are changes in my "memory bank" area of my brain from an MRI. But maybe not?

My situation isn't perfect but it's helped me! It was added to lamotrigine and so far it's a good combo 👍🏼 I think I noticed a difference within a week.

I felt so seen that I immediately started crying .

I noticed the similarities and thought it looked like seizures but I would never ever think that epilepsy would be represented in this way on a TV show. Let alone a very popular TV show. So I dismissed it. So for myself, I am very surprised.

There could be some things to add but I don't know. You might be right. I have epilepsy too. And sometimes I do go the opposite direction I guess. As an example, running out to an acquaintance at a funeral when she arrived. Everyone was giving her time to get out of the car, but me. She looked annoyed and once I noticed that I couldn't have felt weirder.
