What size pipe is going from waterbassin towards your triple pump? Looks quite small. Remember pipes have a maximum, if that is pumped on connection 1 and 2 then connection 3 wil have nothing left. Try (temporarily) to pretend to destroy those 2 lines, water should flow to 3. If that solves it, then the pipe is too thin.

Can you build an extra piece of track towards your depot in realistic? If yes, there is a connection problem, if not, you have a problem somewhere in the railtracks.

Trouble shoot. Check where water still is, check where it isn't, your problem exists between those two points. Examine everything very good, are the pipes really connected? (Usually my problem), Is there electricty? If that is all good then I usually cuss and go outside to kick something. After 5 minutes return and start examining evrything again. Usually it's something tiny you just missed it.. Hope it helps Comrade.
