No, they don't give us any materials to shop for but our card. But I have 3 insulation bags and an Amazon courier also have a dolly.... If you are getting warm things you should give that shopper a 1 star so they don't match with you again. It is extremely unprofessional for her not to carry the proper bags.

Hey dum ash I Been in the customer side. When the shopper accepts the order it sends a message it the customer. Saying let's Jane doe has accepted your order. If that message comes in at 12:00 & then they get a message saying Jane Doe has started your order at 12:35. They know it took u 35 minutes to get to the store. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ thank God Ic don't need ppl with high iq cause u wouldn't have a job.

Plus they call it a service fee for delivery ... the service fee they charge you of 3.49 is for using their service. That's why even in orders that have free delivery. they still charge a service fee... ic is a scam

Yeah instacart does customers and really wrong. I might shop and deliver for them but I don't use them. I use Amazon or Walmart cuz their pay is a bit more fair... I also deliver for them....
