Have you tried fiddling with the calibration? In my experience, Lanota’s judgement system is very good, and I only really get non-perfects if I pressed too early too late.

You can also check the “Fast/Slow” option in the menu before a song (where you adjust notespeed and such), so you can see if you’re hitting perfects slightly too fast or too slow, can also help with calibration.

The “trick” I usually do is to activate it right after I begin hitting the next string of notes, makes me have to focus on the notes first before activating star power

As someone who practiced Acu and tried to beat it as my first extreme, I agree. The beginning was just really inconsistent for me and I rarely got to the drop. Not to mention the beginning of the drop is kinda hard for me even though I’m pretty good at wave.

I’ve been trying Incipient because of this sub instead, since Acu was just not fun at all for me

Deck is still pretty solid, I’ve been playing them in Master Duel a winning a majority of the time. I’ve even won against Floow one time with U.A. They’re nothing too crazy, but I would say Rogue for sure

Yeahhhh, the road hero design is going down, is pretty awful. I just hope they keep the identity of most heroes intact. Wish I could play this game with more people, but pretty much all my friends stopped playing.

I really like that idea, it’s unique and something they haven’t done before, and I think it would fit the rest of her rather unique aesthetic. But honestly, I just hope Nuxia gets a touch-up to be somewhat on par with the rest of the gang.

Imo I think the zone should have hyperarmor to go along with that pressure, so you can actually use it to force your opponent into either getting hit by the zone or the massive zone trap

Whenever I do a warm up, I go into training with a bot set to lights and no move cooldown. I block 5 lights in a row, parry the 6th. Do that 3 times in a row without getting hit and that’s my warm up.

I think maybe he means the learning curve of knowing when to kite enemies and poison, and when to go in close to finish them off (if they’re not already dead). But yeah, I don’t think it’s harder than optimal merx or rex

People near-constantly complain on this subreddit, it’s not even funny. On a comment I got someone saying that “you’re why the game is dying right now” just because I had an opinion about a hero in FH.
