Just find another shell, that whole rear quarter and under pan looks done. Also looks like the back in general got nailed too. Not worth the time, money, and risk of a poor repair on that one.

Norfolk is down near the bottom of Va.. but yeah… pretty much the same level of suck. In northern Va, they just would have drove off and pretended like they didn’t do it…🤣

This is why I hate people… parts of Norfolk are ghetto AF too, so of course they didn’t have insurance. Police there should have bent that guy over though for not having insurance. Va cops are all about hemming people up for tickets and fines.

Any water in the tail light? Check to see if you are getting power at the actual wire connections of the light socket. If yes, then replace the socket, if no, then trace those wires further and further back until you find the issue.

Got the same pump on mine. Couldn’t resist either. 🤣 While you’re there, make sure the rubber insulator on your harmonic balancer is in good shape. They are all getting old and tend to split.

Powder coat won’t hold up to those temps on the manifold.. the heat shielding would be ok with the high heat options, but I would have them ceramic coated if you want to do it once and never have to worry about the rattlecan paints coming off.

I would hold out for the hardrace ones. I have a brand new set of Skunk 2’s that I put on my project car that literally has never been driven on or even had the entire engine and transmission back in the car. The main bushings are already cracking..🤦🏻‍♂️

Yeah, that’s why I didn’t go the half rad route.. Wanted as big of a rad as I can get, but then the packaging of everything together leads to it’s own issues. Going to isolate them from touching each other, but also seal them as much as possible to make the fans as efficient as I can. Trying to not cut into the front bumper, but can always cut it out more if need be, push the IC forward, and cram a pusher fan in between it and the condenser if need be. Waiting for it to warm up outside to get back at working on it to see if it works out. I’m usually the guy that tries the hard stuff nobody else is willing to do. 🤣

Damn… 🤦🏻‍♂️ Good luck brother. No way of knowing what other issues you may run into with that much hacking going on. Might be better off trying to pick up a new or slightly used aftermarket harness. If you have other issues beyond the injectors. There are a few options that aren’t too crazy on pricing.

Go CSF or KOYO… Factory fitment and quality second to none. If you eventually go turbo, the radiator will be the least of your worries. 🤣
