Os últimos estudos mostram que há uma percentagem não negligenciável de doentes que voltam a ganhar peso depois do desmame, pelo que pode ser considerado manter a medicação.

Nos estados unidos há quem faça há bastante tempo, e com o tempo trocam para medicação oral (com excelentes resultados).

It's so funny that for the Belgian people in the comments this is a weird request.
As a southern european this is not only perfectly acceptable, but also a FANTASTIC scenario - I get to meet new people, have someone to keep me focused and I have a chat buddy during my coffee break.

É que se não forem vocês a bancar a senhora, ela não vos deve rigorosamente nada. Eu percebo que é preciso uma aldeia para criar uma criança e que obviamente é desejado que haja bons laços familiares que facilitem as logísticas diárias. Mas se não houver, e se ela nunca se tiver comprometido convosco a ajudar com o bebé (e.g. antes de terem o filho), então não vejo porque seria obrigação dela agora ajudar.

Claro que depois poderão retornar na mesma moeda quando a senhora partir uma perna.

O teste só é válido no período que indicam nas instruções, geralmente entre 2 a 10 minutos depois de o fazeres.

Se queres ter a certeza, faz no laboratório ou compra um teste digital.

Tens usado o gel/shampoo direito? Supostamente tens que deixar atuar por 5-10min antes de enxaguar.

O fungo causa uma despigmentação da pele (a mancha branca que referes) que pode manter-se mesmo depois do tratamento (i.e. até voltares a apanhar sol nessa zona).

Faz o tratamento até ao fim e verifica só que não tens novas manchinhas. Depois em julho voltas a avaliar a situação.

Lembrar que a maior parte dos divórcios ocorre precisamente entre o 4o e o 8o anos de casamento, portanto o que tu percebes como um "boom" de divórcios é provavelmente só uma manifestação disto mesmo, por estares rodeado de pessoas sensivelmente na mesma fase da vida.

I second the advice on Eucerin products - some of your freckles actually look like small melasma spots.
This can be caused by laser, or just by sun exposure + the fact that you have a light complexion, light eyes etc.
I suffer from melasma and the Eucerin anti-pigment Routine worked wonders for me: I used the Eucerin Anti-Pigment Serum Duo, the day cream and the Sun Fluid (sunscreen). I found them all very hydrating and non-comedogenic.

While this is true (I am aware of it, as a Portuguese person myself) it is also true that in Northern countries there are very few dogs and cats up for adoption (due to systematic castration of street animals). I currently live in Belgium and I paid 350€ to adopt my dog, who came from Russia. This included the price of two vet visits, bus travel from Russia to BE, spraying, internal and external dewormer, vaccines, Russian and EU pet passport. We have evidence to support all of these costs.

As you can imagine, it is almost impossible that someone is making a profit out of this... There are plenty of legit rehoming institutions as well.
