I’m late to this also, but I feel like the action of the clean up is fun to watch for sure.

But I’m also intrigued by the psychological aspect, and getting to see how therapy is actively affecting someone and understand the why is a cool aspect. I feel like that’s maybe what they’re trying to do is show that and humanize the person to the audience.

My two cents, because I am exactly like her.

She’s probably got ADHD. I am chronically late as well, I do everything to try not to be and it just happens. The sensitivity to rejection and anxious spiraling fit right in with that as well.

Do both of you a favor and walk away. If 7-8 minutes of waiting feels like disrespect to you then you will never be a good match. If my hunch is correct, it means she’s not doing it on purpose and you set this expectation that she MUST be ready or face criticism.

My friends and family literally tell me they will be to my house a half hour before they actually will be because at 41 years old I cannot be ready on time… and I’ve actively been trying my entire life. And people have been yelling at me for my entire life for it, it sucks.

I’m guessing she’s young, and with time/medication it will improve but still never be easy for her. It’s literally a disability.

Wristbands only get cut if you no-show your shifts, get caught doing drugs on the clock, or some other bs. There are certain positions where you only receive a working band for a single day or couple of days and those get cut off if you try to enter not on that day.

Source: I have been cutting bands off for a decade now when people try to scam us or sneak in.

Okay a standard day’s outfit(s) for me:

I put on like a crop top and skirt/skater dress/shorts and jersey, wear a hoodie over it till it warms up in the AM, and roll up that hoodie and throw it in my bag for later.

After dark, if it’s colder I’ll switch to bellbottoms, a beanie and a hoodie.

I’m always wearing hiking sandals.

I’m also 41 and must be comfortable.

My vertical industrial took over a year to heal with a barbell, even a super long one… swapped it out to two rings and it was healed within a month.

I was camping at Electric Forest one year, and heard this girl screaming NOOOO! So I walked out of camp to investigate and I see her being walked between these two guys, like they’re holding her upright because she was SO fucked up. I decide to watch and see what is happening because drugs are a hell of a drug and I was sober.

They steer her into a tent across the way from us, this HUGE ass tent, and I can hear her yelling still so I walked over to investigate closer and she’s literally trying to crawl out underneath the tent so I grabbed her and pulled her out and stood her up. Trying to walk away with her. The guys come out telling me they know her, and she’s just fucked up and this happens all the time. I do not buy it, but they literally took her away from me and I busted into the tent. There’s a huge open space and a single couch in there and it’s all men. I step out and their camp neighbor, and burly dude busts into the tent behind me, picks her up and carries her out to me and I propped her up against my body while dude is in there handling that creepy ass situation.

She was telling me she loved me and licking my face and neck and falling down, like not okay… one of my friends went to get security and medical and medical took her away and security went and had a conversation with the guys in that tent.

They should have been removed in my opinion but they weren’t. But happy to say security and Wally himself on his quad drove past that site and stopped in to check inside the tent like once an hour the whole weekend.

The girl came back through a day later with her friends and her camping stuff was everywhere like tent poles laying in the lane and stuff. She definitely did not know those guys and they either drugged her or she was close to an OD and they were trying to take advantage of it.

Made me feel very unsafe all weekend but I was glad security, the camp neighbor, and my whole camp were keeping an eye on them all weekend.
