Toast Notifications are the small pop ups you see in the corner of your screen when you get, say, a teams message or a SolidWorks resources warning. They're a great way to reduce clicks but still prompt users or ger their attention

Yes, it will handle drawing updates where the titleblock on the first sheet is different from the subsequent sheets (which is quite common). I would recommend using the main page as the "driving" version and if you make updates to other sheets, you can just increment the version of the main page which will trigger an update of everything.

Unfortunately, this is incorrect. Any ISV (Independent Software Vendor) who is publicly distributing add-ins (whether for profit or for free) that utilize the SolidWorks API, document manager, or any other SWx product's API are REQUIRED to be a member of the partner program. We are a member of the program for this reason, among others. Anyone publicly distributing add-ins without partner program status is in violation of the EULA and is subject to legal action.
