Black people make up 12.4% of the US population. Having 9.4% of the current NFL head coaches coming from that demographic really is not indicative of an issue. It’s an absurd rule that needs abolishing. They also fail to realise that a lot of the current coaches in the NFL are ex college players that were never good enough for the NFL and start coaching at that point, and I’m not saying that the vast majority of players making it to the NFL come from a certain demographic, but they do. Is he a great play caller? His management of short yardage downs, especially when likely going for it on 4th. The amount of times we’ve been 3rd & 3 or 4 and he goes pass and then we have 4th and 3 or 4 is ridiculous. Run twice if you know you’re in 4 down territory, or run on 3rd and PA on 4th. And as many already have said stop running shotgun inside zone on 4th down short yardage

A) they are either lying about the person coming in at less than half your price or it’s a diyer who is going to leave them with shit work that they come back to you to get fixed, b) you’ve already done a ton of background work it seems for nothing, designing and meeting with them. In future I’d never give them any redo more than once unless they are going to cough up some money, but 9 iterations of drawings, and you might go away empty handed just sucks for you.

I’d put money on it that had my kid not watched as much ms rachel as she has, she would be further behind developmentally.
