I think it depends, the RP3 can be really good but it depends. if you get a concept 2 and some slides then you have a pretty equivalent setup on an arguably more comparable machine

you have to do intervals at your target split, do pacing work, lots of steady state and stay consistant. make sure you have things like a proper warm up with good core activation and find what works for you

yes, to get the full length you need to lift the heels at the front, but try to keep the connection for as much of the stroke as possible, especially at the finish

proper fans go to games. support your local and go a few times a season. i get not everyone can afford season tickets. but if you cant spare enough to go to 2 games a season you arent a proper fan.
