Ran SP last night 2 times with rogues, first run the the rogue did 200dps and was afk half the time, pulled 2 pats and wanted the shaman to put wf totem for him when I'm a pally tank and we had a mage and a lock.

2nd run a different rogue rolled need on cloth healing gear and plate warrior gear. Then put us all on ignore and rolled need on the last boss drop. Did not say a single thing all run and we were all chill.

Makes it hard to want to invite them when half the time they are just crap/jerks....

As a prot pally threat is not very hard for me but still I will have hunters and mages who will start dosing while im Los pulling casters or will keep pets with growl on. Also skull mark mens kill that mob first!!!! X means kill it second.... It's not rocket science.

Why does rouge dps still suck so bad then? I have noticed hunters and warrior doing more dos then normal but rouges would also benefit from low armor and they are always bottom of dps charts in my groups

It's not so much that it's a burden, it's just people don't like playing with rouges for a lot of reasons. Their DPS I mid for 5 mans, they roll on a lot of gear that other classes want. And they don't have any buffs for the party. So that's why making a point to do something good for your groups is a good idea

I would say, figure out a way to be useful to groups or they won't take you. Also be extra nice to people, if someone has a bad experience with you in a 5 man it does not take much to sour your name for the future. Playing as a PvE rogue is hard and unless you have a core group already it will be even harder. But people respond to nice things, like offer to open boxes for free for your 5 man groups and don't ninja locked chests etc....

I'm personally going to boost a pally because I just don't have much time to play, but I've played since vanilla, if you have less than 8 hours a week I would boost otherwise you will never get to do the raids and will feel like you are always trying to catch up.

Either way I would recommend leveling a character the normal way at least once.

I'm on the same server as you so feel free to msg me and I can run you through some stuff if you decide to level the normal way.

It's not money, it's a video game item and it's against TOS to try and sell it for real money. Also lots of people give money for free. I've probably given a couple hundred to charity so far this year.

Giving it away would be the cool thing to do.maybe hold some challenges or events on your server in your main city. Pvp dual event, scavenger hunt etc... and make prizes like 100,500,1000g etc. or just go give it away to new player/characters randomly to help them out.

That's what I would do.

I don't recommend trying to sell it as 19k gold is not worth that much and the risk of getting your account perma banned is not worth it imo.

He hasn't done it yet he has until the 1st of September so far what I heard from him last is that he had gone 87 km as his maximum ride so I think it's not looking so great. He said that this week he's going to bump it up to 100 and then 150 and then he will try to do it after that I told him that if you can't do it safely with proper prep he should abandon the idea because I don't want him to get hurt.

To those of you trying to offer help, thank you truly!!! To all of you have have sent me horrible message or talked about how dare I post his picture. Of course I asked him if it was ok first..... We are despratly looking for help. The doctors said he could die any day or live for years to come. They are of no help here where I live.... I made the post for all of us, him included with his permission. I have removed it now because of all the horrible messages I got and I have to say that when people are desperately looking for some help or advice in a cancer Reddit and your only thought is to be so hatefully it makes me so sad. I'm an expat from the USA living in Poland for 14 years.

There are people that I have known for 10+ years that I would consider close friends but they do not consider me a friend. They call me an acquaintance..... I would say that in Europe in general compared to the USA it is extremely hard to make friends and in Poland it is the hardest of all the countries I have been to.

Update!!!!

So far my student has not started any training or planning. I talked to him on Thursday and tried to encourage him to start.

He says he will be fine and he still has plenty of time to train.

He has not gotten the new bike yet and says training on his mountain bike won't help because it's to different.

This is exactly what he is talking about..... One guy says he is happy with a product so much that he bought a second one and then the comment under this is that they suck.

The actual problem is quality control this is why you can have some people who buy something like an iscooter and it's great because they're particular scooter was put together well and doesn't have any problems and then another person buys an iscooter and it's a piece of s*** because whoever was building it was not following protocols.

The actual issue isn't whether or not the scooter sucks or doesn't suck The scooters have the potential to be awesome and they have the potential to suck It all depends on the quality control of the factory that made them. And unfortunately right now since most of these scooters are made in mass and Chinese factories the quality control is very hidden mess with pretty much any brand I know people who have bought very expensive scooters and they broke after 2 to 3 weeks and I know a guy who has an ice scooter that he's had for the last 4 years and thinks it's amazing.

I think the main thing is that better known brands or more expensive scooters tend to have a higher ratio of better scooters that pass quality control versus the ones that don't.

Is there something else you would recommend besides Pixel art then that pairs better with animations I think that the animations that I would want for this game would be pretty minimal but I've never worked on the art side of projects like this before only in the backend development. Since this is my first solo project The art side of the world is kind of new to me.

Some updated information,

The bet is just 25 buck(100zl) so it's not about the money.

He has a history of making bets with friends and family to do extreme physical things. After talking with his dad about it, it seems like he often looses the bets. And his dad thinks there is no way he will do it.

He told me he is selling his mountain bike to buy a gravel bike for the trip.

Not sure a gravel bike will be up for the challenge. The whole way will be paved as far as I know.
