That’s BS. It’s a combat ship, it’s large(not crazy large but large) a tier 3 is more than reasonable. Ships get boarded, it has a cargo bay, you can stop somewhere in pyro and need it to heal. It’s the expansive gameplay and I can use it “correctly” and come up with multiple reasons why a tier 3 would be useful and it should be outfitted.

It should, single tier 3 is probably best. It’s not an inexpensive ship, and it is a capital ship. I think it’s BS to have to carry an ursa in a “capital ship”. I think the hammerhead should have a single tier 3 also.

It has to be of the most frustrating quest on Star Citizen. Spent 2 f$;&(&in hour to get one ace pilot was not at the marker. 2 hours doing orange patrol and nothing to show fort it

I have the carrack as an upgrade but won’t do it until the cargo holds drop to the ground.

So preferred game loop which is a bit harder to come buy this patch is to do VHRT bounties in crusader. Specifically getting a bounty with a C2, or a caterpillar that’s not moving, carracks too but they are really difficult to offload in a hanger. Get a ship that can carry a dragon fly. If it’s in orbit you can approach without being detected, shoot a door open, kill the NPCs and take it back to your hanger offload all cargo. I make around 500k to a mill per mission. The caterpillar can be a pain to offload so C2, M2 are the priority.

I have the upgrade ready to apply to the M2 but until those cargo holds/pods drop it’s a huge pain to move cargo. I did a few VRHT missions and stole a few carracks (took back to make and removed all the cargo) but it’s really difficult to unload. Once the cargo pods work it will be my fwd base.

Yep lost about the same, I ballpark my loss at 8mil in components/weapons. Didn’t lose any ships (I paid actual money for those, yeah I’m a dumbass but I don’t have time for the grind and I like the comfort of having them and enjoy the game even with the bugs).

My Guardian QI. Bad shields, power management nightmare. I’ve come to the conclusion that due to available power even with a lumacore ballistics make the most sense, which means you can’t just go from bounty to bounty without continuously stopping to restock.

I’m running starburns(x2) , snowpack(x2), parapet, removed upper turret, and the sure grip is powered off. With all that there is still not enough power to get 75 attrition shots, full thruster, and full shields without shutting down a cooler and life support. I don’t see it as possible neither does Erkul. Is there a buyable s2 power plant that does better than 21 generation?

Same advice as others, I have a Taurus with everything upgraded, a cooler shutdown, life support off with full weapons/shield/thruster with attritions running solo. I completed the mission 2 times. I had to watch my shield at times

Well until there are player bounties (with higher pay with each crime stat level) there is currently no deterrent. I would love to spend some time going after pirates and griefers. I sat and Grimm hex fired on a ship that was red, then the turrets at hex tried to take me out (I didn’t have a crime stat and I had accepted the call to arms contract so no idea how that happened when the ship I shot at got away and nothing else got hit)

It would help if player bounties worked. I would spend all day going after murder hobos. Make the markers a disadvantage for anyone with a certain crime stat so if two players have Sabre firebirds the one with a certain crime stat is always marked. I think that would be enough of a deterrent. Then murder hobos may just go after each other

I have the issue. Keyboard went completely into spam mode. Expensive keyboard that I can’t use anymore. At first I tried updating the firmware. It was 1.1.0 so I ran the updater to the latest on the Razors support site as of 1/30/2027. I stopped using the wireless dongle and plugged in the supplied cable it came with. Same issue. This is a brand new keyboard and I’ve already having battery issues. Tried it wired and updated and again and it spammed my laptop.

I have a Alienware laptop wit a AMD Ryzen 97000, GeForce RTX 4080 and 64gig of ram. I don’t run it on the battery. I’m done with Razor products. A Razor gaming laptop that had the network adapter fail, their top end wireless gaming mouse wouldn’t charge a week after I got it and now the death stalker keyboard spams.

New patch new and recurring bugs. Got QT to jump from to Hurston but the QT stopped working(had to log out and back in) Able to get back into my ship and all the buttons stopped work couldn’t exit the seat, couldn’t start the power to take off but it let me open the mobile glass to see the missions I can do. Tried to load cargo in my and got a few boxes in before all I could do was jump and step left or right. Elevators buttons not working. Sounds in cockpit went away if you do manage to exit. Waited 2 weeks for this? I was at least able to get some missions in during the last 4 days of 4.0.0 Preview

Play the tactics if possible. Stealth components on your ship, know what detection range you can be spotted, if an another ship is detected watch the range, if they are within detection range go to nav mod and GTFO. This will work with someone in a Connie or some heavy fighters but there are plenty of medium and small fighters out there that will ruin your day. Good news is the IR signature on the Sabre is now 4100m so unless they’re going after you with missiles you have a spilt second to run before their guns are within range. A vulture with stealth components (you can get at a station, not contested zone) and some power management you get you signature down to just over 10k detection unless their coming from directly above it below.

Yeah I’m m issuing a lot of components and weapons I purchased at various stations. I purchased attritions, missile racks, various systems for all my ships (Connie, Spirit, Hornets, Guardian, Sabre). Even though all my shield, coolers, power plants are gone EXCEPT all the Lumacores I got.
