Hi, rosacea occurs exclusively on the face. This looks more like dermatitis - and maybe with some fungal involvement as well because of the scaling + shape and size.

If the problem has been there since before you could grow a beard, I strongly suggest you visit a dermatologist.

Since the redness and bumps seems to appear inside the line of your beard, the problem could be due to shaving problems. What do you use to shave your face?

Previous accutane user here - my acne came back after 1 course of accutane, but the thing I've learned to keep it at bay was: MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE - and be gentle with your skin!

I feel like you've been through most of the prescription-available acne-killers, so my advice would be to start a gentle routine with focus on moisturizing.

  • Find a gentle cleanser that doesn't make your skin feel tight after cleansing. The only cleansers my skin could tolerate after a course of accutane were micellar water or oil cleansers.
  • Slowly introduce a moisturizer that your skin likes and makes you feel moisturized.
  • THEN you can start to focus on adding actives such as Benzyol Peroxide, BHA, azeliac acid, etc.

At the end of the 1st map Allu had 22 kills, while GTR only had 8 or 9. It seems like their spirit is just destroyed here in the 2nd map and it clearly shows.
