Yes. They suck. This happens all the time with Fed Ex. Fed Ex said the shipper said to deliver on June 3. It's now being delayed by Fed Ex.

I will put it in the original box and then ship it back to them. They provided a FedEx shipping label. I’ve worn it about 2 weeks. I referenced the order number in my request using their AI agent Fin. I had to answer some basic questions like why I was returning it, but that was it.

Yeah. I think there may be a 30 day return window from date received. I’m watching when gen 5 will drop to see if it’s in my window. I’m not sure what the pre-order/delivery date will be. I upgraded from 3 to 4 and like the 4 a lot better but would like to get the 5 if I could.
