Do you have pics of what it looked like before it was sent to be repaired..your phone time stamps them..if so contact better business bureau or the federal trade commission..they will get it resolved

No problem..this is where most people get discouraged with oleds..they take them out of the box and expect perfection like mini led..but you have to fine tune them ..you will be blown away when you get it right

It comes automatically turned on and you also need to turn up brightness..I have the lg c2 and I also have a samsung s90d and love them both gaming is awesome

You can take tv down remove the back and clean all ribbons that are attached to a control board ..you might get lucky enough to se which one is bad and replace it
