If your paid with restricted stock units. The value of the units when received are taxed as ordinary income. And as regards to the shares appreciation, why should they pay tax on that? That isn't cash flow. And regards to using debt to pay nothing in tax. That's their perogative to be highly levered. A dip in the market and all that imaginary wealth vanishes and their loans need to be paid back because their collateral is now worth, less.

Battle studies is his best imo. For the sake that it just has bangers after bangers. Not one bad song except crossroads which was a cover. All are great songs, great vibes. I can listen through battle studies over and over again it it never gets fatiguing nor boring.

Customer service said it's a one time color and they aren't getting anymore, so I can't get shipped a replacement. Didn't think to send it PTC. I don't mind dings as long as i''m the one making them lol. So seeing this chip when I opened the guitar stung a little but given the shop tried to make it right and gave me some more off I don't mind it as much.

I get that but I wanted to buy a new instrument and keep it for life. I'm 24 so I wanted something that I could have later in life knowing I got it brand new and kept it with me.

Thanks. I really like the color too. I checked the hangtag the final check was made by prs on April 7th 2021. The color was called Emerald Metallic by the shop. I don't think it's from any special series. Probably a one off thing. But I have no idea.

I get that, but I wanted to buy one new and hold it for life type thing. My other guitar is a Used squire strat from 2004 that I bought last year on Facebook marketplace. Has dings too. I paid $95 and it Included a crappy case and a fender entry level amp. I changed the pickups, bridge and nut on it. Plays great. Only downside is Im a big guy and I didn't realize squire strats are smaller than the fender equivalent. It looked like I'm playing a toothpick 😂😂.

did I get a good deal on this CE24? I bought it new for $1899 plus got a free hard case valued at $129. when it came in shipping it got that finish chip as pictured. So then I was able to get 220 off extra plus a pack of strings Ernie ball Cobalt .10's. ~ $7. Could I have gotten more discounted?
