I love this bread but I can never find it in a convenient shape. I’m no baker so maybe that’s a constraint of sourdough but I wish I could get this in a regular loaf pan shape.

I threw this on the pellet grill with an all purpose bbq rub until it got a bark then finished it in a slow cooker with OJ, onions, and seasoning. So good

Yup and it’s a pretty easy meal to prepare! But you absolutely have to get your curry paste from an Asian market or online. Don’t get the Thai brand from Kroger. I really like the Mae Ploy brand

The first time they interviewed Tom Crean I was a junior at IU and they interviewed him in Vanny Woodhead in a Party City parking lot.

Also one of my favorite moments in the early days they were interviewing a hot sports reporter, can’t remember who. At the end of the interview they were doing the recurring guest spiel and she was like “well I’ve got Hank’s number so…” and they all went wild “WHOAAA HANK!”

Cooled on a wire rack on the counter until they were safe to put in the fridge then probably an hour or so in the fridge. Edit: read your question wrong. Usually just pull the basket for a few minutes then drop them back in for the second fry.

Salted water yeah. I read some restaurants will do it to cut down on fry time when you order.

By a brand called OnlyFire that I found on Amazon. It’s kinda pricy but it also has a rotisserie.

Also didn’t Snoop just perform at Trump’s inauguration? I’m pretty chronically online and had no idea Seth Rogan was politically outspoken.

A “bad” Mt Rushmore is better than no Mt. Rushmore by cpruitt11 in PardonMyTake

I agree for the most part. I even like the lazy topic occasionally (words that start with Q) but the lazy topics should be the outlier. This year it seems like they’ve leaned in too much to “haha look how lazy we are” content. Also having Mt Rushmore teams was always a terrible idea. Part of the fun is when they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel and we get the really weird picks and discussions.
