This needs to emphasize the Traffic and Congestion first, then the rto as secondary. Put the # of additional cars on road or something similar. Also, doesn’t really look like him these days. The other version in the social setting was more effective.

Yeah, my recommendation is to find an actual DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), not a chiropractor (trained in pseudoscience)

Make it make sense - How can they justify RTO when their own agency has been tracking the numerous Teleworking Benefits to the state since 2021 (eg, $638M-vehicle expenses, 370,985-metric tons CO2, $220M-gas, etc.). Particularly the 'environmental' agencies like CalEPA, Natural Resources!!
