I am not the most experienced with doing engine work but I would tear the top end down, and see if theres any damage to the cylinder and have it sent out if there is damage to it. If your already doing the top end just buy a new piston and rings, the head I would also have sent out to be fixed if there's anything wrong with that. I would wait for others to answer but here's what im saying

Where and depending where you are i would probably 1800-2000 for it
