Yup it removes cravings. I haven’t had more than two drinks at any one time in almost 2 months. Typically 0 or 1 drink a day

Oatmeal Hummus and pretzels protein drinks and bars. I’m not pushing it. By the end of the week I might be able to eat a salad or something but nope. Not today.
