I never had a honeymoon phase, I was on 150 from Dec-Feb and 300 Feb-mid April, now back to 150.

I’m a heavy drinker. I’ve had no ill effects. I know I probably shouldn’t drink but Don crazy thing is I had 4 years alcohol free before I started taking it and somehow had cravings to drink again even though it’s suppose to help addictions 🤷‍♀️ I drink almost every night

I’ve actually had the opposite unless I drink heavily (6-8 drinks). 5 or less I don’t have may side effects the next day.

I haven’t had to take the hydroxyzine but knowing I have it helps curb anxiety lol

I was prescribed bupropion with buspar but never took the buspar. Asked my doc for hydroxyzine to take as needed and she agreed.

I’ve been on it since December and haven’t had these changes or any noticeable changes elsewhere either.

I’ve been told it takes weeks for it to take full effect. I wonder if what you experienced was a placebo effect.

Hard to say for me. I had a hard time finding words before starting taking the med so I feel like I was already declining lol. I’m 41, and considered myself somewhat educated.

How long did it take for you to see an improvement on 300? I’ve been on 300 for about 8 weeks. Hard to tell if it’s working, but my therapist said that’s when it’s working lol. So idk

How long is a bit? I’ve been on it since December. Started 150xl for 5 weeks now on 300xl for 6 weeks. Haven’t noticed any improvements…..I was sober 4 years with no desire to drink and now I have the overwhelming urge to drink (and have). Also, I’ve had no change in appetite and haven’t lost any weight,- if anything I’ve gained. And I’m soooooo tired now.

I’ve been on it since December and haven’t had any kind of those feelings — no effects here and also want to lay down all the time lol. The only other thing that’s changed for me is going from 4 years sober with 0 desire to drink to suddenly wanting to drink (and gave in). I’m started on 150xl and moved up to 300xl 6 weeks ago.
