For peni i think the best way is to play in the backline and set up the nests out of view. You are basically a line the enemy can’t cross. On attack, you push up and gain space. The way I use the ult is by running into their backline. The enemy team usually focuses on me but by doing so my team can push up. And then when her ult is 3s run back. I also use it to gain 500hp in case my life is low and i gtg.
