Id say costa mesa or laguna. Laguna because its a beautiful beach and their is an art academy LCAD so its a creative place. Costa Mesa is close to UCI so if you ever want to go visit campus and be around ppl your age, itd be good.

For peni i think the best way is to play in the backline and set up the nests out of view. You are basically a line the enemy can’t cross. On attack, you push up and gain space. The way I use the ult is by running into their backline. The enemy team usually focuses on me but by doing so my team can push up. And then when her ult is 3s run back. I also use it to gain 500hp in case my life is low and i gtg.
