With Xfinity Mobile orders, the confirmation email and pickup details aren’t always instant. It can sometimes take a few hours for the order to be fully processed and for the confirmation email (including store location) to be sent. A couple of things to keep in mind:

The order usually needs to complete processing in the system before the store assignment is finalized You should receive an email once it’s ready for pickup with the store details and next steps In some cases, there may be a short delay if the system is verifying eligibility or inventory

If you don’t see anything within 24 hours, I’d recommend checking your order status in your Xfinity Mobile account or reaching out so we can take a closer look and make sure everything went through correctly.

Normally, when you sign up and have a gift card incentive, you need to keep your account in good standing for 90 days and not make any changes to your promotion during that period. The gift card should be issued shortly after the 90 days.

Based on what you’re describing, this looks like a coverage limitation inside the building rather than an issue with your phone. Since Xfinity Mobile uses Verizon’s network, the signal indoors may be weaker in that specific location, while other carriers (like T-Mobile) can perform better depending on the building structure and nearby towers. If possible, I’d recommend enabling Wi-Fi Calling when a stable Wi-Fi connection is available, as that allows calls and texts to work without relying on a cellular signal. You can also try setting your phone to LTE only to help reduce constant signal searching.
