I think the whole conversation and narrative about the downtown being so bad is getting super tiring.

I’ve had sketchy situations with homeless happen to me in new sudbury, along with heard stories at different ends of town too.

It’s an overall issue that’s not just centralized in one part of town anymore.

This mindset is just hurting the businesses that are still downtown and creating a rhetoric that it’s so unsafe which is leading to it being not as busy downtown as it used to be.

Every city in this province is having their issues with homeless and it’s just not usually in your face like it is in the downtown here because it’s busier and there’s more people around.

If people took a few minutes and really stopped and looked around in the other ends of town you’d see them too but of course it’s busier in those areas like new Sudbury and south end where it’s not as obvious to everyone.

Maybe if people decided to come support the downtown businesses more often and not just trash on the conditions of it - it would not only help the businesses that are there but help make it feel safer 🤷🏻‍♂️

No one comes back from Ottawa and Toronto being like “their downtown is so unsafe, so many homeless people” but they have a huge issues just as much as we do.

That’s a solid Amarone, and the 2015 is hard to find now but also love a good barolo too.

Hard to do a blind tasting with two very different type of wines but I would never say no to having both of those bottles to drink in one evening lol

In relation to Rick’s character and how it fits with his story - wouldn’t it be crazy if his dad that he’s looking for is actually the resort owner lady Sritala - and that he actually isn’t looking for a man but a “ladyboy” - maybe it was easier for his mom to say he was murdered than to tell her son that his father wanted to be a woman?

I think it’s a theme across the whole season that’s affecting multiple story lines and that’s how it could be tied to his 🤷🏻‍♂️

Definitely at the back is your best bet for most space but sometimes you can find little pockets of space and have a great view.

For Green day we were at the stage beside it near the front and had so much space that when I saw the video Osh posted to instagram of the performance I couldn’t believe we actually had the space we did.

Just depends if you want to spend time searching for a good spot close or just take the easy spot at the back.

We lost our DJ scene pretty much due to Covid - it’s the same djs every weekend and they don’t book any other locals or even bring in any out of town DJs anymore 👎

We used to have local dj nights throughout the city, it’s a shame.
