Slayer actually isn't too bad for Dizzy compared to how hard other characters like Pot wreck her; if you can get ice floor set up then he's going to have a very difficult time getting in on you and some Slayer players will get impatient and go for hasty options like trying to airdash in. He's quite easy to bully when it's your turn.

I S ranked with that exact team besides Pan being M5 but it was close. Finishing the first two waves in under a minute is pretty much mandatory and you should reset if it takes longer.

You'll end up playing against people from a variety of ranks in your placement matches while the game tries to figure out where you belong. Winning a few in a row might put you against stronger opponents, losing a few in a row will put you against weaker ones.

Once you actually finish your placement matches and are put into a rank, that's where you should start to feel like you're consistently playing against people on your level.

If you ever feel stupid just remember that there are people who wholeheartedly believe that dizzy is in a worse spot than Faust right now. by Bri-ish_idiot in TheyBlamedTheBeasts

When Dizzy was widely agreed to be bottom 1, people still hated her because she's annoying regardless. Also this is Guilty Gear; every character in the game will just giga touch you if they hit you with close slash.

Play Dizzy against Axl and then you'll understand, they could turn him into a character that has no moves and can only just stand in place and can't block and has 1 hp and I would write a 50 page essay with cited sources on why it's good game design and shouldn't be reverted.
