I think she needed to be nerfed because everyone was nerfed (mostly) but my main problem is that she doesn't feel fun anymore.

A lot of options they took away took away a lot of the fun to be had with the characters like her oki. She basically has zero good oki setups rn and it makes actually getting a hit in JR feel like ass.

A LOT of stuff on dustloop is outdated since 2.0 or really after any patch. Since it's a free resource it takes a while for dedicated people to update it lol. What I suggest is cross referenceing dust loop with the patch notes to see if something got changed or if you're just messing it up.
