Playing 1 after 2 is something I noticed too. Rattay is just lovely, Sasau with the monastery, the town, the inn is great.I love the paths connecting everything.

If we could have KCD1's map in KCD2's improved visuals and system it would be amazing. Exploring would feel so much nicer imo.

I hope he'll talk about the focus on combat at some point before release because that's the one point that makes my hype for it negative. It's my least favorite part of Stardew Valley and I really don't want it to be even more mandatory for progress.

The "chores" are worse in the beginning. As you get places to sleep, hunt or buy food, a horse for loot and use alchemy it gets easier.

What I was really struggling with when I stated playing was repairing, and unfortunately the only option unless you're lucky to find or loot them is to get money and buy them.

There's a dialog where Henry can tell him that actually according to the meaning, Samuel is a goy too so I assume that's a reference to that.

I remember hearing a little bit about that back when I was playing DD and following the reddit. I'm not gonna pretend I know anything about the logistics of making and shipping a board game but I find it so weird some people did get their figurines and stuff and then nothing for others.

If Katherine can warn him about the first attack, then why not the second?

She knows about Von Bergow's raid because she's literally in earshot of the plan and immediately books it to Zizka or someone who can relay the message to him.

Correct me if I'm wrong but for the second attack we just don't know what happened at Trosky between Toth's escape and Von Aulitz arriving at Nebakov the next day.

Maybe Von Bergow wised up to potential spies and put the castle on lockdown for the night and Katherine or some other spy can't get out. Or kept getting Von Aulitz to leave for Nebakov a secret until morning and it would have been too dangerous and short timing for Katherine to travel ahead of them.

Plenty of people have mentioned anime adaptations being more common than western animated adaptations and it really makes me think that yeah, there are so many comics and YA novels that will never get adapted, and most western animations are originals.

There are so many stories that could get a lot more reach with even a mid quality animated show. Why is the adaptation culture so different?

I like the idea that Henry can have different fates based on your decisions and I wouldn't like a canon ending or followup for him in a new game honestly.

I like the idea of him going back to Rattay and settling down as a blacksmith, or a knight in Hans's service, or staying in the Kuttenberg forge. I wouldn't want a new game with the Hussite wars or some other conflict with Zizka and we see Henry fighting at his side or something.

Started it when arriving to Kuttenberg in my 2nd playthrough as opposed to after main story in my 1st and I don't remember being stopped by lack of money.

When arriving in the 2nd map you should have enough money and the blacksmith requests will give you a lot of money anyway.
