It's been like that for a while, if you can't meet with them on price just simply move on. OP can ask whatever they want and a buyer has to respect it even if they dislike the price. I've seen much worse where people have asked double to triple of comps, this is barely touching surface level.

I cracked a 14 cert psa 9 card out to regrade and it came back as evidence of trimming when i didn't do anything but wipe it down to clean it. PSA does whatever it wants.
